- Lesson 1.5 — The Health Spark Quiz ShowA playful end-of-unit review game reinforces every hygiene habit through quick recall questions.

- Lesson 3.1 — The Same-Side ChallengeA coordination test pairs moving the same-side arm and leg to show how the brain wires movement.

Teaching Time & Pacing
Designed for 1 to 2 lessons per week, approximately 20–30 minutes per lesson. Highly flexible: teach as a continuous weekly subject across the school year or in concentrated two-week unit studies.
Required Supplies
No expensive lab kits required. All demonstrations use standard household supplies you likely already own: glitter, soap, water, cups, an egg, a bicycle helmet, a tape measure, and basic drawing tools.
Adult Supervision
Clearly establishes boundaries between what children can do independently (washing hands, packing healthy snacks) and situations requiring trusted adult assistance (medicine cabinets, emergency calls, cuts).
